Meet Sara AIBECHE from Innov’Alliance

Sara AIBECHE has a master’s degree in health engineering from the Faculty of Pharmacy of Montpellier (France), with a specialization in design and production of health and cosmetic products. Her professional career has focused on cosmetics, and she gained experience in formulation at LVMH and operational quality at Guerlain. She also worked for a vegan certification company, where she oversaw the assessment of cosmetics product conformity. She joined Innov'Alliance in 2022, first as regional project manager in charge of advising innovative companies in the cosmetic sector as well as supporting the development and facilitation of the cluster’s network. Recently she has been promoted to lead one of the core strategic axes of the cluster, dedicated to supporting innovative projects related to the product performance and consumer involvement in innovation.
