Meet Melissa Torres from Beauty Cluster, our spanish partner

Melissa Torres Torres is part of the team of the Beauty Cluster in Spain.

She is the General Manager of the training brand of the cluster, so-called Beauty Business School, the first business school created by and for professionals in the beauty industry.

As part of her role, Melissa makes lifelong learning accessible to everyone in the industry. Should the world changes on a swift path, we cannot remain in our comfort zone. As professionals, we have the moral and professional commitment to constantly recycle our knowledge, keep updated and lead and foster the chances our industry needs.

Therefore, together with the Beauty Cluster associates, they co-create training programs and design activities around eight areas of expertise. And given Melissa’s background in the Human Resources area, she has promoted the creation of an annual HR Beauty Forum focused on topics such as talent, recruitment, development, inclusion, mental health or digitalization.

But due to a VUCA reality and the demands of GenZ professionals, we have rethought how training has been created and offered.

Therefore, we are happy to share that we are working on launching an e-learning platform, e-Beauty Business School, that hopefully will revolutionize how our professionals obtain the training they need: at ease and constantly up to date."
